Log Data

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Midge Tolerant Wheat Stewardship Assurance Site (the "Service"), operated by the Midge Tolerant Wheat (MTW) Team ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Monitoring Use

We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Service and the Content, including where traffic originated from, its subsequent destination, as well as history of use of the Services and pages comprising the Service. In addition, you acknowledge that we will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including without limitation cooperating with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal violations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws in the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada, as applicable.
